3rd Row Seat Retrofit By Uber_AR

An option available for model years 2001-2003 was a third row seat in the cargo area. A few allroad owners may desire to increase passenger carrying capacity in there own allroad by retrofitting the OEM third row. This retrofit requires a fair commitment in time and money to complete. If your careful you can find the seat assemblies on eBay or Craigslist. Then add the parts below to make your mod!

Thanks to Audiworld user "Giblet", he completed this retrofit (the first we know of) and compiled a list of Parts needed.

During removal it will be fairly common to loose the clips for the D-pillar and side cargo sections into the side panel abyss. The replacement part number is:

4B0 867 276 A - Clamp/Clip
