I drive a 2001 2.7 5sp Tip. I would LOVE this car to have the Manual. Reason: Drive by wire throttle/automatic transmission/turbochargers algorythm is STUPIDLY programmed at initial tip-in. Anyway to fix this?

There is no easy fix for BTL (Brake-Throttle-Lag) for an extensive read on this look at Audiworld and do a search for uber_ar and topic BTL.

In short the DBW system is protecting you - it's an intentional feature bosch programmed at Audi's request.
