At this point we will assume you have reconnected your battery to learn your power windows are not working correctly.
The Fix: Roll each window all the way down, pause a moment, then roll it all the way up. Do not stop in either rolling down or rolling up. Do this for each window. Shut off the car then restart. All better now.
